Great course on ops management, not as applicable to my specific role as I was hoping but not the instructor's fault. Feels a little geared towards manufacturing but the instructor does a good job of linking back into a bigger picture showing how ideas and processed that are heavily used in manufacturing can be taken and applied to various other businesses, service industries for example.
