Me gusto por que detalla bien cada accin durante el curso, aunque siendo bsico me gustara que pueda utilizar nombre de la musculatura para educar a quien lo escuche y quiera aprender. Adems en algn momento del video hay un error de la parte que logra elongar mientras ejecucta. Gracias
