A clear and beginner-friendly introduction to project finance with good explanations of SPVs, risk allocation, and cashflow basics. The concepts are well structured, but the course stays a bit high-level and could use more detailed modeling examples. Overall, a solid starting point for understanding infrastructure and energy project finance.

It was a great experience with the Meta Brains on this course. I am a project finance practitioner since last 20 years and just wanted to audit this course to find any new developments and approaches in this field. I must say that my life would have been much easier if I had learned this course in first couple of years in my career. However, this is a great introductory course for anyone who is at start or even mid of his career in project finance and PPP structuring. Thank you Meta Brains. Keep it up

Very clear delivery I now understand the difference between corporate finance and project finance and the fundamentals of project finance. Risk is carried where it is best suited!

This is a good introduction for someone who is interested in the area of project finance. The instructor is young, enthusiastic, and entertaining with his boardroom backdrop. People in the US should know some terms are different in the US than used in the course. Gearing, for example, is "leverage" in the US. He also uses "semester" on his spreadsheets. He doesn't define this. In the US this usually means twice a year, but we use quarters (3 month periods, 4 times a year) for interim financial reporting.

I think the information discussed fits the course and expectations. However, the instructor seems way less qualified then mentioned. He seems to read out statements without having the deeper knowledge to fully explain them. Like giving a college presentation that wasn't prepared adequately.

This course provides a very basic introduction to Project Finance. The lectures are structured in a way that respond to typical "interview questions" related to project finance. I felt the instructor could have been more engaging, as it felt like I was listening to someone reading presentation slides. The instructor could have provide some more explanation beyond what is provided in the lecture material. I would have also liked to see an introduction to project finance modelling in the course as well.

Great course. Instructor made concepts easy to understand and the modelling example is pretty interesting. It would be ideal to build some (optional) module to explain the excel spreadsheet but that sheet has a lot of value in itself being made available. Good work!

For me this was a very good refresher on the basics of PPP structures and principles for infrastructure projects. A suggestion would be to discuss purely private structures with no Govt involvement (except approvals, off-take etc.). E.g. industrial and energy projects.
