Rajiv is an experienced consultant with over 5000 hours of facilitation and 2000 hours of business coaching to his credit.His focus areas are leadership development, managerial capability building, organizational assessment, development and organizational re- engineering and setting up world class HR processes and systems for SMEs and family run businesses.

Rajiv has worked on diverse interventions in the arena of setting up HR systems and processes, organizational culture transformation and establishing competency framework for leaders across the organization and has successfully facilitated and steered number of such initiatives, along with leadership development and team building curriculums.

He uses his facilitation and training expertise as well as his experience in setting up HR systems and processes for over 30 organisations in India and the UAE to design practical courses in the HR and leadership domain which match theory with practise, so that the students understand how these learnings can be implemented in a live situation.
