The concepts are explained very simply which is perfect for someone like me who doesn't always understand new concepts so well the first time. Heck, I can due preliminary due diligence for most real estate now with the back of my hand!

This was a comprehensive outline of how to evaluate, purchase and manage a mobile home park. The instructor included specifics of dos and don't you wouldn't even think about, how to determine a purchase price, set rents, fill your park and maximize your net income. Highly recommend.

This course is everything i hoped it would be and more! It does a great job of listing everything you need to do from A-Z to purchase a mobile home park and run it, and how and where to go to find the resources you need. This course is quick and concise and informative. I'm just now exploring the idea of investing in a MHP and sitting through this course I feel I have a pretty good grasp on how to move forward.

I've been in the market for purchasing my first Mobile Home Park since April 2017. I even have a mentor who is advising me. And my mentor's info is good, as he already owns three (3) parks himself. However, I was surprised how much this course is jam-packed with info on due diligence. Methods/Techniques/Strategies I would have never come up with on my own. Also, this course has a Web 3.0 edge to it. So it will 'modernize' your way of purchasing and marketing for a mobile home park. I'm only on Lesson (Section) 2 and I've already received my money's worth. Can't wait to see what else is on the horizon in this course!

Nothing new. Common sense list like any other investment program.

I'm a mobile home park investor and a mobile home buyer/seller; I find the info in this course (so far) to be very accurate up through lesson 4 and this review. Update: after completing the course, I still feel this is a 5 star course. It's a great overview of the mobile home park buying process/experience. There will always be other more in-depth factors involved such as how to evict a tenant (the process), how to actually analyze seller financials (the process), how to hire a transport company to haul and install/set-up the mobile homes, etc. But the instructor can always provide this info in another course. The audio is done well -- the instructor speaks clearly and the volume is even throughout the course. The visuals and course content are spot-on. Very well done.
