The class gives you an overview of what is possible. Enough information to help you decide if this a topic that you would like to keep exploring and in that case get a real education. More needs to be studied in order to cover details and legalities. The business concept may not outdated; however, will see how it works on todays 2022's market with many more savvy investors competing. The bottom line is to know the market and have the method to find the deals and this is the point where "US" the newbies have not figurate out. Hope to one day provide a 2nd part feedback. I am getting in this.

The course covers properties he bought and sold on contract. They are essentially the same example over and over with different properties. Bought it for X, payment is Y and selling it for A, their payment is B. There’s no explanation truly other than that. I expected more. I especially expected to hear the words Dodd-Frank, but didn’t which leads me to believe it’s outdated.

This course is very inspirational to me. I have been researching owner financing, and getting analysis paralysis, thinking it might not work for me, based off how other real estate investors do a different type of owner financing. The creator of this course replied to my questions, and explained how I can make this type of real estate investing work. I truly believe Tim has helped me find the way to financial freedom, by using owner financing.

I get that deals are the easy to come by, and although Tim is very excited about the work that he's done, it was a little vague on either working with a real estate agent, or becoming one to do some of the things that he's already accomplished. I myself am not a real estate agent, so it was hard for me to follow if I were to do this to get around the additional cost of hiring one to broker the deal and start the owner finance process. As an example, in a few of his lessons, he mentioned that some of his deals were purchased from out of state owners and weren't able to service the properties, navigate the area of location, finance, management, or repairs. If most of the deals came to hm in that fashion, and an out of state owner was overwhelmed, I can see how these deals were so easy to come by. I say, because I would have been that owner looking for a way out just to not go through the hassle. I think that a really good area of opportunity on his next course would be navigating out of state buyers/investors or any location of that matter or how to buy, manage, sell, locate, and evaluate properties and replicate the success that he's having. The charm, and charisma is there for him to do it, but overall not bad for his first course out of the gate.

Real Estate can be a tricky thing to learn and it is difficult to figure out where to learn from, when starting out..However, Tim Crane's course has the best real estate info I have ever received! He gets straight to the point on what to do and when. Once you go through the course, there will be no confusion on what you need to do. There are no fancy wording to confuse you...no missing pieces of information..everything is here! I recommend this course for beginners AND experienced real estate professionals. You would not regret it, start the course today!!

I finished the course in a very short period of time as I was fascinated by Tim's lectures that are full of real world examples. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable in real estate relative to most people, but I'm still lacking in the area of owner financing. Tim's lectures really taught me a lot. He's to the point and he uses tons of examples to teach the students how to use owner financing to maximize the return and to alleviate the headaches of being a landlord. I plan to check out Tim's other courses. Thanks for your great teaching, Tim!

I would recommend this this to anyone because Tim is a great instructor who cares about his students and their success. I mean that Literally!!! As you can see from all the questions on the discussions Tim answers them all. After Watching Tims Course Multiple times there is still so much to learn. I hope that people will continue to order this programs as will change your life!!!I have ordered this programs and I will watch it many more times. I have worked on a couple of deals since watch this course and it is step by step. Buy this course now it is AWESOM!!!

Tim doesn't just teach this but he lives this approach. He is clearly knowledgeable, passionate and experienced in this Real Estate method. This course is taught in a way that easily understood with multiple real life example. There is not just about teaching the theory but real practical advice on how to implement the strategy. I took this course because I wanted to learn the ins and outs of seller financing and it's hard to get this information. I really liked this course because it wasn't just textbook information. It was his own personal examples of a lot of things you can / should do in different real estate scenarios. This helps because every deal is so different and the more exposure / knowledge you get regarding the different possibilities at your disposal, the smarter investing decisions you can make. I also asked him directly a few questions and he answered me back within a couple days.
