If you are interested in getting into real estate, then this should be one of the courses that you take. It is full of information, things that I personally did not know. I personally recommend it, especially if you need help to understand the calculations used in real estate.

This was the best course I've taken in years! The information was well explained and presented in an easy way to follow and understand. It made all of the real estate math make sense. I feel confident that I will pass my real estate exam now. If this instructor had been my Statistics Instructor in college, I would have received an A instead of a B. Thank you!!

I was expecting few important details like how to calculate the area of a improper rectangle, what document we should look before purchasing a land, used house ,etc.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Soooo glad I got this!! I bought this just to get an idea what real estate was like but I didn't begin for a bit. Then I decided to go ahead and buy an online Real Estate course to get my Real Estate license.
