The course overall was good, but in several cases, the system data either did not work or there was no data in the system to reinforce the concepts on which you were training. Also, there were several times where you spoke quite fast and I could not understand what you were saying. The transcript notes did not help because they were using voice recognition so they did not make sense either. Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any further information. Thank you.
