I recently completed the Blockchain Applications in Food Safety, Healthcare & Pharma course on Udemy. The course was well-structured and easy to follow, making it a good choice for beginners who want to understand how blockchain can be applied in these industries. While the explanations were clear, I was hoping for more hands-on, practical demonstrations rather than mostly theoretical content.
