SAP Crystal Reports 2016 - An Introduction (Udemy.com)

Nice learning experience. Had to go back and relearn some things before moving on, but that option is great!

I think that this course is a very good starting point. I just started using Crystal Reports in my day to day job more for creating and maintaining Customer facing forms/documents like Customer Order Acknowledgement, Customer Invoice, etc. not so much for creating reports with charts. So the charts portion was not as much of an interest to me, but good to know all that exists.
I would be interested in a course more geared toward the forms/documents if you offer it.

An excellent course. I learnt a lot and can move forward with confidence.

The material was presented clearly and, most usefully, it is easy to use as a reference. As I have been designing and modifying reports, it was easy to refer back to sections of the course and refresh my knowledge to be efficient with my report development. The course is thorough and covers well into a moderate skill level. With this course behind me, I anticipate that I will be quite proficient at generating and enhancing most reports as needed for my employer.

Overall a good intro to Crystal Reports. It was sometimes difficult to understand the verbal accent he has, but after awhile you get used to it. I will say for what I was looking to learn, the first 2 or so hours went reallllly slow. So if you think things are moving slowly, it does pick up later. About half way through is where I thought it started to get good. In some instances there was a lot of nervous clicking on screen, and you lose track of where he is going, but its nice you can pause or rewind the lecture to be able to take notes. For the price, I did learn a few things that were decent. I will say you don't necessarily need to download the Crystal Report software if you're just looking to get an overall scope and take some notes. There were no exercises or anything here. (I will make sure to have our IT team download the actual software for use on my work PC though.) Now on to a more advanced course. I will look elsewhere for a different instructor though.

Yes, as a beginner it is easy to follow along so far. I did get lost on the setting data location section and i have used that before so i would suggest refining the approach to that section a bit.

Could use some serious editing so we aren't waiting for the "teacher" to remember where to go for things

When covering the Data sources things where made more complicated then necessary when mentioning connections outside the scope of this course. Apart from that all is reasonably ok.
