It is valuable and practical content about the SAP Customer Service module what is being showcased in this course. The explanations are clear and useful tricks are also provided. Thank you John von Aspen for making complex topics look easy. I will definitively make use of this course at work.

Very nice course. As a FICO user who interacts a lot with the CS and SD modules as well, I wanted to know more about the configurations behind certain system-behaviors. I saw enough configuration for me to understand what SAP does in the background, without it being too detailed for me being an end user either. Thank you very much!

excellent sessions so far. I like the way you've structured the lectures taking integrated flow approach. As a seasoned SAP Consultant with vast experience in various other modules, SM learning to me is really thrilling. Great job! Only comment I have is, from configuration end, its not much covered yet. Hoping to see in the next sessions.

Good articulation of CS functionality introduction, good coverage between processing and configuration. Enough for me to start practicing. Thank you very much John. Was indeed a fantastic lecture and practical session, kept me all the way till last session.

Most of the topics are covered end to end scenario's. However few concepts like how to setup Warranties, Returns are not touched or discussed in the training. This course is mainly prepared using ECC but it'll be a bonus if trainer can include a bonus lecturer using S4 HANA and the IMG navigation path using S4HANA system. Overall course content and delivery quality is very impressive. Will look forward for other topics delivered by the same trainer.

It is a good course. It gives a broad perspective of the CS module. It had some lectures regarding configuration processes which is really helpful. The teacher is cheerful which is always a plus! Although it is not the teacher's responsibility, I have to say that the subtitles must be improved. There are several errors along the lectures.

Really nice, detailed training allowing to structure knowledge on Service as well as get understanding of the key scenarios. John use good examples to link presentation to real life cases. The details are allowing to get understanding of elements used in the module and expand it later in own system. I can really recommend it!

Very informative and to the point course. John’s teaching style is very engaging, interesting and fun and the best part is he has covered all topics with real world business scenarios which makes it super easy to comprehend some of those complex topics. This course is really good for beginners as doesn’t dives to deep into configuration most of the time. John – Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I am very grateful. I will request if you can please make another advanced CS course which deep dives into configuration and cover advance topics like RRB in more in depth. Thanks again! Bharat Kheskani

The teacher talks about the content rather slowly so that non-native English speakers can also understand his lectures. He talks about the actual examples, which is also good. I think he is doing a great job for teaching this subject. One thing I notice was that screen size of SAP window is a bit small.. I am not sure if this is related to my notebook PC having a small sized screen, but it would be easiser to see the screen if it shows up bigger..
