It was good for me

The course was informative and provided a comprehensive overview of SAP CRM, clearly explaining its core concepts and functionalities. Some parts in video didn't have audio can you please look into it.

a) The content is not designed properly, b) Mostly you find text in the slides which is pretty old fashioned, c) The fonts are not similar in slides, sometimes no voice. d) This basic training should at least prepare the students for first level of interview. e) Practical should be incorporated in the course, you can increase the cost but content should give kickstart to a fresh career.

Conteúdo muito básico, legendas com muitos erros e o instrutor somente fazia a leitura de textos tornando o curso entediante. As vezes que navegou pelo sistema não haviam exemplos do assunto abordado e que poderiam dar maior clareza a explicação.

This course was really good and very precise too. It has given me insights on various concepts

Low presentation skills, the tutor he is not able to explain the topic . And also he just reading the screen instead of explaining the topic . As a listener or a student need to get some intrest to listen and learn about the topic but here in this session i didnt get the intrest .

Como visión general es correcto, pero me hubiese gustado más navegación en lugar de capturas o complementarlas las capturas con más navegación. En este sentido el último video, me ha parecido el mejor. He tenido problema con algunos videos (12, 13, 22, 20, y 32) si bien al recargar la página o cerrar el navegador e iniciar los he podido solucionar.

At the beginning of the course, it is always important to know the size of the SAP worldwide, its origins and trajectory in the market, as well as the management of the products to offer to the Industry. In the middle, of the course, knowing the features of how CRM is managed will be important to determine which modules will be implemented in the projects.

I will need to use SAP for a new job and never worked with it before. I do not know if I need a certificate for that. But this course made me familiar with the main features and general user info. For that a multiple choice test would make the buyers of this course feel that they accomplished smth too!

WORST EVER PROGRAM ON UDEMY. I am wondering as to why I chose this program on Udemy. Is this really a SAP training program. There are only explanation of slides. Haphazardly arranged. Slide titles does not match as to what is in the slides.Same information is repeated on multiple slides. No correlation within the slides. Seems the trainer is more interested in the publicity of his company, instead of delivering the subject. There are better SAP CRM training videos on Youtube than this. Wondering if this program is supposed to be on Udemy.
