SEO Training Course by Moz (Udemy.com)

Yes this is the best SEO course but for those who are already expert and need something that can add much more value to their existing SEO skills and experience. Someone who has no knowledge of what SEO is and want to start from the begining, this course is not for them. Rand Fishkin is best at delivering his lecture but he was a little too fast in explaining things. I wish he was a little slower than how fast he is speaking. It looks like he is in a hurry. But it's informative, educational and best overall.

Great basic, high level overview on SEO and working with clients. Exactly what I was looking for. Good flow of topics and presented in an easy to understand way. What could have made it more awesome: Some of the speakers mention links to more information that were posted on the White Board Friday page, it would be great to have those links posted here.

This is a phenomenonal course with some great strategic take on how to do SEO work, most importantly it focuses on the strategic approach and thought behind designing. There is a lot of tactical advice on how to approach SEO but not such beautifully carved out strategic approach. This is by far the best course I have taken on SEO.

Pretty difficult for immediate beginners but if you do research on the side and read more basic stuff about SEO and keep coming back to the course as you learn more things, this course is pretty helpful. Learning from Rand, especially, was a lot of fun. Recommended. Also, this is free. What more do you want?

The instructors did a great job not only relaying the content, but also giving examples that applied to real business scenarios and the companies they applied to. They gave references to the sites they used and how they used them, and explained in comprehensive detail throughout the presentation. Very pleased with the content.

It gave a very structured way of teaching. I think if the board writing was a bit clear it would have helped. They should use for examples and exercises. Also some instructor were not up to the mark.

This course was very comprehensive and thorough. For a beginner like myself I like how they talked more about theory. I plan to take a more advanced SEO course and feel that after taking this class I have a good base of understanding and learning. My only critique of this class is that I wish they would have provided more real world examples.

This isn't really a "course"—it's just a series of videos about a certain topic. Doesn't matter how good the video content is, if there's no chance to apply what you're learning, a course is fundamentally flawed. Please rectify this oversight by including test questions (or some way for viewers to assess what they've learned) after each section. Thanks in advance!

I am a beginner to SEO, this is the first educational information on the topic I have used. I extracted tons of useful information. I only have a few topics/questions regarding the content covered. What is Anchor Text and How do you control it? What is NoFollow/Follow and how do you use it? How to perform a Content Audit? (last video mentioned an external source without providing a link)

Content absolutely had good quality, but a little difficult to understand for a beginner. Learning about the process is always great, but a brief description of certain terms or even a document that can be downloaded at the end of presentation would have gone a long way in being able to understand the concepts and processes. Looking forward to more learning from MOZ
