It was a great course on SPC. Understood aspect of control charts and process capabilities which will definitely going to be useful while working. Also, the examples show with Excel and Minitab are excellent though Minitab can give us direct result but Excel helps better understanding what exactly is happening behind those calculations. The course provides a comprehensive foundation, starting with a solid understanding of control charts and progressing to process capability calculations. By the end of the course, I gained a clear understanding of key metrics such as Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk.

I personally find this course exceptionally well organised and very helpful. For newbies in the field of quality, this is the best course on SPC to get a good grasp over basic concepts. Very detailed explanation along with practical examples. As most of the industries have started using minitab for statistical functions, examples showed on minitab add cherry on top.

SPC Course with explanation in Excel & Minitab was awesome, learn a lot and would definitely implement them. If the Minitab screenshots are added in the course handout it would be awesome to refer back the handout pdf for quick review. Maybe in future updates if added would also be great to refer back as a quick guide.

Overall this course is good but as this course is a new course, hence there are some areas for improvement which if included, can make this course really more effective. 1. Control Charts: a) Excel templates for each type of control chart should be included as many of the users couldn't afford Minitab due to high license costs. b) How to set/recalculate the control limits in a process change, this concept should be included in the course with some examples. 2. Process Capability: a) Process capability study for non-normal data specifically in a service industry where operations are ticket (Incident) based, should be included and covered completely. b) Sometimes non-normal data doesn't follow any specific distribution. What approach one should use under these circumstances, must be included in the course. Rest all is fine and explained in a simple and effective way. Thanks.
