The Course and visual examples are well structured. The only issue I had seemed to be with the audio. I'm not sure if it was just my experience but the audio would spike everything the instructor started speaking after taking a momentary break. It also was very slow and monotone. In the future I would suggest using different level on inflection and speed to keep the attention of the student. Overall, I learned much of the course and would recommend it to others. Thank you.

I am an experienced Business Analysis trainer and consultant with 25+ years experience in the IT profession. I have delivered BA training courses across the UK and around Europe - from Northern Sweden to Novi Sad in Serbia. I have worked on a range of projects using various BA and development methods.
