Quite basic information, and a bit in confusing order. Covers the basics but nothing special. Also, the videos have unrelated images which gives unprofessional feeling. Good part is that the woman on the videos is very enthusiastic.

This course is phenomenally presented, organized and explained like NONE I have taken recently. Not only are you helping me to understand how to process and think (even regarding how I personally process my own stress), but you are giving me the "why" behind it all. Thank you also for the bonus of added insight through the videos given in the announcements. As a long-term educator who searches for good material to also teach it, this is a gem! Thank you!

I feel very thankful for the professionals who create this course. I feel very comfortable to use Udemy as a modern educational platform. I am an advocate and I am well educated in law and psychology. A lot of information in the course was familiar to me. Ive found out and used it intuitively in my experience. I think the information is good overall, but at times it is overly redundant, and at other times you are left hanging and things are not explained with examples as to how they'd be applied.

I found a lot of insight from this course. Not only has it helped narrow down my coaching niche but I've used it for myself. I was able to focus on my own areas of stress and was able to make positive changes in my life that I have been needing to do for awhile. Even us coaches have stressors and need to grow and this course helped me do that.
