A course in Supply Chain Management: Inventory Management and Control turns conceptual logistics principles into actionable business tactics. Analytical tools are provided to you to balance having enough stock to meet customer demand without putting too much capital in a warehouse.

Taking this course has been a very insightful and rewarding experience. Before the course, my understanding of supply chain processes was quite limited to the basic flow of goods from suppliers to customers. However, as the course progressed, I gained a deeper appreciation of how interconnected and strategic the supply chain really is to the overall success of an organization.

There was so much information being put out to the student, but the instructor's accent was hard to understand at first. Later if I listened very carefully I was able to pick up what was being said.

The Facilitator made the course interesting and enjoyable. The way he explained concepts and the relevant modern day examples, makes one to marry the lesson to real life events. Thank you for a good lesson delivery.

It only provides basic knowledge. If you want to have this, then it is great. Nevertheless, it was not nowhere near to be enough for me.

I think this course will be of benefit in my pharmaceutical field and it made me understand more concepts on how inventory is managed and why certain things happpen e.g we run out of stock because sometimes our suppliers ran out of raw materials or because of tranportation issues or poor inventory management to the point where we do not have safety stock.

Deep insights on Inventory Management and Supply chain are given by the instructor practical knowledge is given but other than developing a good lean environment for betterment of working and Inventory was the best part that is the only course in my online and self learning journey in which I did not take a break now will move in to the next course.

I came in knowing nothing about the topic. Now I can say that I am confident moving forward and with a little practice in a field of inventory and warehouse management, I can proceed with understanding how the breakdown of a warehouse and it's procedures are carried out and WHY they're carried out the way that they are. I'm now curious about starting up my own, or working to get more hands-on experience before beginning.

First of all I would like to congratulate Mr. Adarsh for explaining the tedious looking inventory topic in a very simple and interesting manner. The curious case of failed theory of zero inventory was explained through an example is a must to learn from this course, also the types of inventory were also taught with examples so that a newbie can also able to comprehend the scenario well. One of the best attribute of the instructor is that he used to deliver the lectures by giving practical aspects of his day to day experience and the easy to understand examples like his own experience as an intern during the Just in time lecture and the failed business of K-mart in comparison to Walmart during the 90's period respectively. Also the complex topics covered like Forecasting models and how to improve them along with ERP, MRP & VMI are explained through day to day life examples.
