I really enjoyed taking this course. In part, this was due to the fact it was my first Udemy course. But largely, my positive experience was the result of the well planned and concise nature of the course which equipped me with the useful insights for parenting. I thank you Timothy.

This is a good general course which teaches you about basic biology, how stress affects the child, attachment, how children learn and about different parenting styles.
It's definitely most useful for new parents but as someone with a toddler I still learned a thing or two. Please be aware that this is a general course and doesn't teach you specific tools or techniques for parenting. The different parenting styles are explained briefly with some examples but it's a very general view on the topic. I don't see that as a negative point as it says so in the course description but take it into consideration if you want to buy this course.
Overall, the course is well structured and delivered in sizable chunks so you can follow in your own pace. The instructor seems competent and genuine and is easy to listen to. One small nitpick: Mr. Schwaba really often repeats "okay?" in his speech. All in all, a good investment if you're interested in parenting. Even though I don't agree with everything said here, it was worth the investment.

Timothy's class is short, sweet & to the point! I have a 1 mo. old little boy and this course gave me new insights into how his brain works and how to help his succeed. I love that the lectures were broken out into short segments so that I could watch at my convenience and that you can go back and listen to any section again. Thanks Timothy & keep up the good work!

This was very helpful. As an about to be new parent I feel much more at ease now. Thanks Timothy!
