Course Description

Service provider competition has never been more brutal. As markets mature and competition increases, the perceived differences between you and your best competitors decrease. You are probably feeling increasingly commoditized as clients begin to view you and your competitors as pretty much the same. Your win rate may be decreasing. More decisions are being made on price, and competitors are buying the business with low-ball bids. But you also may be the victim of your own loss of identity because your message and tactics have not evolved with your clients increased choice. The best way to win RFP's (request for proposals), is to make sure you understand how and why clients choose onecompetitorover another, and how elite providers align and win without competing on price, fees or rates. This is the same program that we offer to our professional, financial and commercial real estate clients internationally.
Who this course is for:

It was very digestible, very useful and strategic. I wish the accompanying images and slide deck were downloadable.

This lesson - while not comprehensive really got me to stop thinking about how great my ideas were, and instead think about how the customer is looking at the problem. I have already adjusted my approach for winning contracts after losing various ones trying to be an "airbag" contractor. Must see lesson! You can always break off and deep dive the ideas but they are solid. I bounced the ideas in this lesson off of a lifelong business developer that had several hundreds of millions of dollar deals under his belt and agreed. This is the approach.

The course was quick, but full of good content. Many concepts were similar to something else I had previously learned, but even then I was able to sift through the course and pick out new content that would help my business.
