The course was genuinely engaging and offered valuable insights. While a few concepts seemed like they should be common sense, revisiting them was still worthwhile. Overall, I’m grateful for the opportunity to take this course.

I truly enjoyed this Business Etiquette course. One of the most valuable lessons I learned is the power of the pause—something so simple yet so impactful. As someone who has always been a natural giver, I also appreciated the emphasis on positivity and the importance of highlighting and valuing the work of others. One suggestion I would make is to consider adding a chapter on business phone etiquette. For me, speaking over the phone with someone I don’t know—without being able to see their body language—is a real challenge, and I would have loved to learn more strategies on this topic. Overall, this was a very interesting and enriching course. I believe this kind of education is essential in today’s business world. Thank you!

The course covers some general advice, most of which are simple rules of respect applicable in simple life. "Etiquette" is something much more than "not being late", "not playing with your phone during a meeting", "not making boring presentations" or "having a linkedin profile". There is nothing here related to "business" or "etiquette".

Thank you, TJ! I missed greetings in this training. I learnt that a subordinate greets orally first, but doesn't give a hand for a handshake unless it is initiated by a senior (not age, but position is meant here). What would you say about this? I had an interesting situation at an university in Germany (professor was Turkish). I was discussing my paper with the professor and as she struggled little with my surname, I automatically said that she could call me by my first name. She ignored completely my wish which I found disrespectful and she didn't even comment it. Later I found out that a person with a junior position cannot suggest such things. Is this really so?

The course gives me the basic Business Etiquette that I believe all people need to know and do that. Not only in business but also in our normal lives. Thank you for your hard working and I look forward to seeing other quality content from you.

Very insightful. I can see how, implementing these ideas and concepts in my daily dealings with business people (and social life as well), it will benefit me tremendously. In fact, I can actually see now how my actions in the past has influenced the way people has looked at me professionally. A whole lot of mistakes! But now I know better. Thank you very much!!

This course is an eye opener to most of the mistake I sometimes especially using my phone in a meeting such as making it visible and incoming calls disturbing the conversation. Secondly argument on the dining table over who is to pay the bill. I'm very happy to learn the right things to do in this course so far. It was an exciting time to learn international rules of business which gives me a broader view of how to handle business matters. I will avoid saying negative things. Thank you so much for the appropriate arrangement of the topics. Please can etiqutte on products presentation be added.

Thank you for this experience! Firstly, I thought what? He is going to speak about voice mails, really? But then, first thing I’ve done was letters with greeting cards to my partners and that made all of them feel comfy. Good lessons not only for business but life too

Very nice, hope a lot of people do this course. And I will encourange anyone to do it. At least it is a good reminder of etiquette. There is a few errors in the subs, but almost nothing. TJ is so nice talking. What would I add? A Recommended Reading List (Books, Articles, Papers) something like that. Thank you very much for do this course.
