I posted or sent an e-mail/s asking the authors a question/s regarding Twitch but I have never gotten an answer.

So far it's great! I knew very little about Twitch before I started the course. I had downloaded it forever ago just to get something free for Warframe and forgot about it. I just knew that I love video games, and since I'm working from home now I thought it would be a great time to finally look into streaming! The instructor is great so far and explains everything really well. I'm looking forward to the rest of the course!

So far, its great. Only thing that's bothering me is that we haven't got intoduced to the twitch platform itself yet. But that will come hopefully

There's too much repetitive talking and almost zero real life examples.
I.e., when Sam talks about gimmicks of different streamers, he just describes them all. And he also keeps talking about the same couple of people in all of his videos. It would have been so much better to just show it, and show other examples of streamers who have or do something unique during their streams. Taking some time and actually preparing case studies with videos/screenshots would have been a lot more useful and interesting to watch than a guy in front of a camera.
Also, in most of Sam's videos the camera continuously goes out of focus for a second or two and sometimes shakes. It's an interesting decision to include videos of this quality in a course about streaming where what your viewers see should kinda be... visually appealing.
Also, there are no files attached to any activities.
Overall, this is more of a pep talk than useful educational stuff. You can find all this information for free on Youtube, only presented and explained better.
