This course was a good match for me. I am working on building AI Agents for our organization now. I would've liked a little more information specific to support type agents.

Thank you for the course, I learnt some new concepts. However, i found section 7 repetitive, it did not fit into the flow of the course, for example the last video says see you in the next lecture! Questions were also not answered and I could not finish the API demo.

This has been very informative and well-structured. It covered all the relevant topics in detail and explained the concepts clearly, making it easy to understand and apply. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience.

Good clear and concise course. It's good also when things don't work and they are not covered up - because it's good learning. It covers 90% things. I would like to see more of the stuff around Publishing the agent and the "channels" section which enables M365, Teams and Sharepoint integration. Thank you!

Excellent course! Thorough and perfectly suited for non-developers. It does a great job of grounding complex concepts such as tools and workflows. I would recommend continuous updates to stay up to speed with Copilot Studio. While the course feels a bit brief, it is remarkably clear and concise. Top marks!

I like it, it would also be fantastic to have a demo or some instructions regarding the following project: I want to create a calendar booking website for foreign languages lessons, on the respective website I should be able to upload some test demo lessons, then the students should be able to enter their details in a form first. Then the tutor should be able to send them an email stating that they can start a calendar booking process, where they would see the free\busy available time of the tutor when they can have their lessons. Once they have done the booking, that must be first accepted by the tutor and then a confirmation email should be sent to both the tutor and the student...I mean this scenario would be awesome...then of course I have also other scenarios like creating a supporting tool request with copilot studio integrated with Jira\ServiceNow and being done for different support requests scenarios in Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or Azure :)

I started dabbling with Copilot Studio and built a simple RAG agent. This course greatly expanded my understanding of not only what some of the capabilities and use cases are, but more importantly how to connect all the moving parts to build advanced agents. With easy instruction and you following along, Ryan expertly guides you from novice to advanced in no time. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn Copilot Studio!

Overall, the course was quite good. It would have been excellent if we had some demo for multi-agent where we can store output from one agent into a variable and pass it to another agent in term of inter dependant agent and produce Final outputs. Different deployment channel strategy and limitation specially team or M365 Copilot.
