I found this course to be average. Most of the time, the trainer faced issues with the scenarios not working as expected, and the system navigation was quite poor. Many topics and questions were left unresolved, with almost 90% of the discussions ending without a clear conclusion or outcome. Additionally, the document grounding topic was not covered at all. If someone starts this course with no prior knowledge, they may gain only a very basic understanding, perhaps around 5%, to 10% which is disappointing. Another concern is that some lectures may be missing, as the trainer never properly concluded the course or provided a final wrap-up. It is possible that participants attending the live sessions received additional information that was not included in the recorded content. While the trainer clearly possesses strong subject matter knowledge, the overall delivery and course structure need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the online version of this course, especially since the trainer did not appear to be adequately prepared with a fully functional system for demonstrations during the recorded sessions.

The theoretical explanations were good, but the course lacked real‑time demonstrations and even basic end‑to‑end examples. In every session, the trainer appeared to have insufficient authorizations, which disrupted the flow. It seems the SAP BTP setup/environment was not fully configured.

Best course to learn SAP joule for all the SAP folks including Functional functional, technical consultant, Project Managers etc.

I enrolled in this course out of curiosity about how SAP is incorporating generative AI into its ecosystem, and it exceeded my expectations.

This course helped me understand where SAP Joule fits within SAP's broader AI vision. Rather than treating it as just another chatbot, the training explained how Joule can assist users across business functions, making everyday SAP interactions more productive and context-aware.

The course broadened that perspective by showing how conversational AI can improve user interactions, simplify access to information, and support faster execution of business tasks across different SAP processes.

The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. He also has sound technical knowledge of BTP & Joule. He interlaces his training sessions with relevant business use cases.

Ya revisando más cursos me doy cuenta que solo en algunas lecciones el audio no cuenta con buena calidad. Considero que para este curso más allá de un cuestionario, si sería más productivo traer algo más práctico de la teoría que se está viendo.
