This is a great refresher course on business analysis, which is an important aspect of business management. This is my second course from TIA Training and Andrew Ramdayal, and I found the video quality to be excellent. The presentation style is clear, engaging, and easy to follow. I will definitely be exploring more courses from this trainer.

Andrew does a great job outlining the responsibilities of BA's by way of process groups similar to how PM's execute projects through a lifecycle. Great overview and some details for each process that BA's undergo.

This course has given me a very good understanding of the role of a business analysts and how they fit into projects. As a project manager, it has also equipped me with skill of how to leverage my existing skills to function as business analyst to some extent.

Yes, this fits very well into what I hoped to learn. In my organization we undergo transformations on our innovation strategies, IT systems, product portfolios and beyond - on a constant basis. I like the way the instructor is delineating between knowing the current state and managing that, and also anticipating and eliciting intel to predict the current state. The BA plays a key role to identify risks / opportunities for strategic change, and making those changes happen in the organization.

This course was a great overview of the BA role and responsibilities. I would have liked to see more resources provided for the different processes and methods. I really enjoyed the overview, and it will be helpful in my current position as a Project Manager.

Very clear explanations, good and useful introduction to BA world. This course is perfect if you want to understand what is the role of BA and how a BA should work, analyse the problems or opportunities for business.

I think Andrew Ramdayal does an excellent job about walking through complex processes like this one for the BA process. This is the second course I have done of his, and I will look to him for the future as well. The only regret I have is not having found him for the contact hours needed for my PMP.

This is a very good introduction of BA. Andrew is a personable, knowledgeable instructor. The only thing holding this back from a 5-star rating is a complete lack of downloadable slides or reference materials.
