Excellent introduction. Captions were useful. They captions are generated by language analysis software. Instructor's inflections challenge the software. Editing the captions would be useful. Understanding the course is introductory, a supplementary reference list would be appreciated. I will suggest this course to others for an introduction to Supply Chain Management. Well Done!

It is a perfect match for me as I am around procurement agents and specialists, sourcing managers, etc, who contact us directly requesting our goods and services. The contribution to a general overview and also to the supply chain vocabulary has been meaningful and useful.

Good introduction class on the Supply Chain process. I would suggest the author adds more slides with flow charts and diagrams while talking so they can help the audience visualize and follow the lecture better.
