Excellent Tutorial! Yes, it is an ultimate tutorial for Flask that I could find in Udemy.
I've 20+ years of java related programming experience and wanted to kickstart my python related journey. I have done about 6 popular courses in Udemy related to Python, Django and Flask.
I just saw this tutorial showing up and wanted to give a try based on the topics it covered. What a SURPRISE! This course fully engaged me (I skipped my sleep just to finish it, it was so interesting) and given me an in-depth knowledge on Flask. I had already started working on creating my real-life apps after completing this course in a marathon fashion for 2 days .
Kudos to Anthony Herbert and I wish him the best and I expect more and more course from him on Udemy.
If you want to get started on Flask and you have time for only one course, then just pick it up and thank me later without fail. Of course, this course is intermediary and above level and requires some other program prior programming experience for sure.
The topics covered are practical, wholesome with some more hardening and additional features could be upgraded to real-life production deployment.
What I liked the most is not a single second wasted on introduction, self promotion etc. Only at the end, I saw Anthony just mentioning his channel for email id example etc.

Udemy Should Give the possibility to rate some Courses higher than the usual 5 stars, because this course deserve 10!
And this is way.
I do have already 5 other Udemy's Flask courses (which are all great hopefuly) plus a bunch of other programming courses. But this course regarding Flask is by Far, and I mean by really far the best Flask Course.
I just finish the almost 30 hours video (I basically just watch the whole course before do anything) and to be frank the content is overwhelming. Especially compared to other Flask courses (which I learnt a lot anyway), this is the most straightforward, direct to the point and complete one, is 100% Flask guaranteed.
Other courses may teach you some HTML, CSS, Docker and other (not related) topic (which as beginner I appreciate) but they leaving you with a big question mark, and kind of lost regarding Flask. In fact I learnt more HTML and CSS (bootstrap) with the other courses than Flask. Another thing is that they use a lot of Flask packages but not explaining deep enough.
So this is what this course offer:
- Goes through Flask Basics (which covers pretty much everything that other courses do in the whole course) with no other packages, pure vanilla Flask
- Initially will use pure sqlite3 vanilla basics concept, with no other modules in between (great to understand the concepts)
- Goes through Flask API Basics
- And Now the best part, it dedicates entire chapter for the most useful Flask packages (this I think is the most valuable thing), so basically is a Flask Bible, this is the list:

So Conclusions:
This course will give me at least an additional 60 hours of Work to go through all the content again and study it, but most importantly a life long reference for future usage, it's a Bible because I can tell, the way explains the packages makes you feel you actually can start using it (it goes and explain the usage of the best features fore each one).
Another grat thing is that there is no HTML building, CSS or other no related topics.
It comes ready with The HTML templates (which are downloadable and then it edit them with JINJA2, which is of course Flask related.
Hence the content is 100% valuable and related to the topic (Flask), plus well explained, well separated and distributed, short and concise.

Yes. This is awesome. I'm following along and building up confidence in my abilities to do this.

This is really helping me a lot understanding the Flask language. I don't have much experience developing web app. it is easy to follow for beginners like me.

It is a bit too simplistic

Very chaotic videos. Difficult to follow even when having some background knowledge. Very fast and little descriptions of the terms used. Often copy pasting previously made code with next to no explanations.
