im watching as a fresher grad wanting to learn more. i don't really know what to expect but till now i completely understand what he says so, ya, it's clear and useful.

Made me feel sleepy actualy these was no movement just staying the front of the camera in the same position and background not making enough interactions, otherwise I liked the contains thanks a lot, in addition I wish also to add a video for the trainers who will traine new emploeyss, how can I let them take the opportunity while they have no information about the job that they have to to specially when the job is engineering complex job !

I enjoyed the pace of speaking, English for non-English speakers is clear, ideas are clear but I think that by knowing the knowledge in this one hour course is not enough to be a trainer for Business still we need some media like power point presentations , what are the tips and rules to design the power point presentation for business training, how can I presents the ideas to be profesional and clear. It was a good course. My online recommendation would be to reduce the amount of bonus reading material provided and possibly work on condensing it to short videos.

As a trainer looking to improve my skills, I found this class ver helpful. The exercises TJ used I have done for the last 8 years or so. I related to him in the video, finding your niche. I have many topics I can speak on and have spoken on but this video brought it home for me because it all brought me back to my niche topic. This really addresses training from all levels, although he talks about training mostly about training as a career. With videos, podcasts, and all the rest, learning how to be a trainer can be a great career enhancer.
