Warehouse Management in Supply Chain Management (Udemy.com)

The video seems to jump from one sentence to the next prior to the first one being finished. I also expected to learn some information in this training being that I recently started a warehouse job the only thing I got from this training was pallet/packaging fumigation.

Course was a basic understanding of terms in warehouse. Although I appreciate the efforts, My expectations were little bit more advanced in terms of technologies used in each process. For example when receiving technology improvements such as ASN (advanced shipping notice, bar coding etc), while picking pick by light concept and others. I was also looking for warehouse operation process difference between each vertical like automotive sector might work on a setup/process which will not be the same for retail sectors. This course could have included type of engineering roles in warehouse operations. Since warehouse belongs to broader term Supply Chain, I felt more information on roles and responsibilities of Logistics Engineer/Industrial Engineer/ Packaging Engineer/ Supplier Compliance. There were some of the things I was looking for.

Well am in the U.S Army and am looking for a school that i can study exact course that i want to do so that i can do it in a civilian world. I spoke to a colleague of my and he introduce me to UDEMY. am now taking the course so far the introduction is ok and i hope to have a feel of it.

Great Course. I am an MBA in Supply Chain Management. There were pretty good new concepts defined for me as well. The explanation was good with sufficient examples. A newbie will find this course definitely helpful who wants to get into warehousing and learn warehouse procedures

Very Good sessions for beginners , helpful for new workers and contains a lot of activities but I think it should be need to more slides written on screen not voice only and need to equations or laws which help us in our management over all I like this course and recommended good job

This course is a good match as I am looking for a new job in a warehouse distribution center for FMCG goods and this course is really helping me understand the work process involved. Its definitely an eye-opener and I feel much more confident in attending the interview and also regarding my choice of working in a warehouse. Even without experience in warehousing I learnt a lot about the various aspects of warehouse management and how KPI's have such an important part to play in performance. I also now have a much better understanding of concepts like docking and cross-docking. The course layout was simple to understand and concise. The instructor uses everyday examples which makes the terms easy to understand. She uses animations and miniature palettes and forklifts which makes the course very lively and enjoyable.
