Reviews are kinda harsh and doesn't factor in you teach non congenitally, I stuck through it and towards the end it all pulled together. Feedback: Anything you do moving forward try to control your mistakes with editing and proof reading. Overall great job.

Great course, in my case wholesaling is new to me, the course contain all the information you need to learn about wholesaling real estate. However, I would recommend to take a second course and read as much as can about the subject. (Use additional sources regarding) Thank you.

Overall a good course. I feel the instructor gave enough detail to start wholesaling. The content could have been a lot more polished and professional in the editing and sound quality.

Listsource does not have a good rating with several investors for reason of misleading information and outdated lists. As for new investors with little to no money, it is not a good choice.

There were some good nuggets in the course and some good resources to check out. I felt like there was a lot of rambling on and tangents to almost all the videos and it could have been more concise and straightforward. I started to listen to the videos at 1.5x - 2x the speed and slowed down when I felt the tangents were over. Sometimes the slides seemed out of place or redundant. Overall, I gained something from the course but I wouldn't recommend it.

The information is good and there is a lot of it. The slide and video quality is not great. He talks very low and jumps around in slides a bit. I think perhaps he needs practice. Some of the website links he gives are outdated and no longer valid. Lastly I think the instructor could have given more document examples and or downloads.
