I fell videos are too short but it contains a lot of good information if you never heard of whole selling real estate, I’m looking forward to keep digging into the course and educate myself more in this industry.

I think this is exactly what I was looking for. I am a new Real Estate Investor, trying to get my foot in the door, and I am done with analysis paralysis. I am ready to get out there and get some property under contract!

This video is really good. I’ve been doing a lot of study and seen that some people never make a move. I almost got my first deal. But I think I need to change a approach a little. This helps me to understand as I study things I need to put in as much or more action

The course is good but I have some confusion about the process, but I think that's because it has a lot to do with the contract. I will join the FB group to have my questions answered

Too many questions unanswered. Unfortunately this is basic stuff I have found on the internet for free. I was expecting a lot more. For wholesaling, I wanted to learn more about what happens if I can’t find a cash buyer, what other strategies can be used to close the deal. What to say to hard money lenders when trying to find cash buyers. Do they just give you a list? What type of neighborhoods should I focus in on. How do I know if a wholesale deal would be attractive to another investor who flips or rents and what is the formula for figuring those things out. What happens if the seller sees you’re marketing their home for sale when you don’t own it. What do you tell sellers when they question you on what you are doing. What if they don’t want to sell to you when they find out you are making a profit. How do you determine what your assignment fee should be. What’s a couple different ways to estimate repairs. What does the walk through look like with the seller and how should that process go. He mentions a end buyer walk through but didn’t talk about details on that such as the best time for it, what to say to the seller, etc. he didn’t talk about his own deals that had different scenarios and how he closed the deal which would help a lot. I could go on. This course is really just sort of a checklist. And I worry it may be dated as the Zillow search was 2017 and contracts dated 2019 so just worried how much of the content is from 2017 - now. For me, it was not what I was expecting.

All i can say going in into this 4 section of the course is that, it has really valuable information and Ryan does a great job in explaining it step by step as how it works in real life scenario. Appreciate the team for this course in wholesaling real estate.

The instructor goes directly into what you need to get going with no fluff added and its only been 12 minutes. I suffer from analysis paralysis but since listening to this I'm going to definitely push through. Thx...

The amount of Money the instructor expects the learners to spend in order to start is ridiculous. I purchased this course hoping to learn. However, I have learned that I need to spend HUNDREDS of dollars to do anything he expects. Highly disappointed that the instructor didn't offer free resources.

Ryan did a very good job with this class. It was easily laid out and I'm excited about the potential of wholesaling houses. His story is inspiring. Just stick with it and push through when you're uncomfortable and things will just happen. At one point or another it was everyones "first time".

What a great course for the money. Thank you for taking the time to walk through every step in detail! I have started implementing setting up my LLC and getting a business line in place. List source is a gem as well, thank you for sharing that in depth!
