I was expecting another preachy Scrum refresher, but this ended up being really useful for actual daily work. It completely skips the agile dogma and focuses on the messy reality of shipping software, especially when it comes to scope trade-offs and aligning UX with dev cycles. The sections on using AI to speed up discovery without producing useless backlog fluff were a highlight. A few of the early modules are a bit basic if you already use LLMs daily, but the practical framework for combining strategy with team execution is solid. Worth the time if you want something you can actually use on Monday.
