Olalekan is studded with wealth of experience having worked in the manufacturing, financial, engineering, education, entertainment, health, broadcasting and automotive industry.
He started his career as an intern in 1999 at Allied Computers - an indigenous IT company in Nigeria where he rose to a position of a Systems Engineer, servicing Central Bank of Nigeria, Guinness and First Bank of Nigeria.
He also worked at First Pension Custodian - one of the foremost pension fund custodian in Nigeria as application support personnel, playing multiple roles of a system support specialist, asset manager and Database administrator.
Olalekan has a Master's in Information Systems from the California University of Management and Sciences, California USA.
He worked briefly for Broadcom, Popular Tech, Schools First, Ecotech, Sun Valley and Hoag hospital in the United States.
Olalekan currently works with Hyundai AutoEver America.
