To my opinion this is a very good introduction to goal Setting and achieving. Is good for the Beginners. You learn everything you need for achieving your goals. Most important is to put everything into praxis and work out your personal system , that works for you. The most critical point is to reach your first goal. Achieving goals should become a life long practice. Only then you will get the most possible from this course.
