I started this course with almost no Salesforce Admin foundation, other than using CRM as an end user. I took it because my new job requires me to fill a Salesforce knowledge gap, and this course made that possible. The instructor is very knowledgeable and explains concepts through practical business challenges, which helped me understand not just where to click, but why the solution works. Some parts of the course are out of date because Salesforce and Trailhead have changed, so I did get lost at times. However, that also pushed me to troubleshoot, explore, and learn more deeply. Overall, this has been a challenging but rewarding journey. I’m glad I took the course, and I feel like I’ve gained a valuable new skill to add to my professional toolbox.

If you are an experienced Salesforce developer or admin with good knowledge of Salesforce Flows, I don't think this course will add much. However, if you're new to Salesforce Flows, this will definitely help you better understand the main elements used in a Salesforce Flow.

By Lea Blueshtein on 5/20/2025

The videos are clear, concise, and explain accurately! What I'm really missing is hands-on experience - I'd love to have an assignment for each learning unit that I could complete independently with the knowledge I've gained, followed by a solution video. (I tried to build the flow on my own in a few videos, but when I followed along with the video, I realized tools I hadn't yet learned were being used :( ) Thank you!

I waited to finish the course so I could leave a more balanced review that is backed by the experience of having had fully completed the course. I can honestly say this course was really good. It's so good that I ended up using the knowledge gained in creating an email action in my first two tasks on my job. I seldom leave reviews and this will probably be the only review I leave for at least a few years but I am truly surprised at the depth of this course. It taught me the basics which I lacked previously and also delved into some pretty advanced material later on as well. Good luck finding a better Flows course on the internet. I mean it.

I recently completed this Salesforce Flow course on Udemy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The instructor's expertise and clear explanations made complex concepts easy to understand. The real-world examples and practical exercises helped me gain confidence in building and managing flows in Salesforce. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their Salesforce skills. It's a game-changer!

A marvelous class. I encourage not only those interested in learning Salesforce Flows to take this course but also, and maybe especially, anyone just learning Salesforce. Not only will you get a thorough education on Flows but all of the prep work and flow debugging that is done will give you a better understanding of many Salesforce concepts. Thanks so much Nick. This was first rate.

By Patrick McGrorty on 3/5/2024

All aspects of this course were well explained. Nick’s teaching style is precise, thorough, and remained interesting throughout. I also appreciate his efforts in updating the course. I would definitely purchase other courses from him, if needed, and will be checking back on this course periodically to see new content. I’m looking forward to him sharing how Reactive Screen Flows, the Repeater screen component, and AI Actions can be fully utilized in the near future!

By Jay BARTRAM on 10/7/2023

This was the best flows course I've taken. I'm a beginner at flows. The first couple of challenges, Nick went slowly and explained why we were doing things. The other courses I've taken, they just said click here and here and here. I think the advanced flows in this course would be helpful for someone who has an intermediate skill level in flows. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn flows. Outstanding job Nick, and thank you!

By Dizzy B. on 10/26/2022

Super good course! I have taken other Flow courses and Nick is the only one who goes into the WHY details. He explains the logic of sequences and connections without it ever getting boring! No Classic, flow builder or process builder. Everything is current 2022. Add-on Nov2022: the bonus flows are excellent examples of everyday SF requests. Nick speeds things up, which is cool at this point.

By Fabio Luiz Rodrigues Lima on 8/22/2022

Excellent, Nick really knows how to make it simple, even for a foreigner like me. The beginner part of the course (1º n 2º flows) might seem to be simple but gives you the ground without being boring or waste of time. He goes straight to the point while building the flow, explaining the elements in a practical way. One more thing, the course is great to connect the dots you might miss alone. Great Course!
