The course is really good and informative. It helped me getting better understanding of the Salesforce basic components and configurations.

This course really did prepare me for my Salesforce Associates Certification exam. I passed with flying colors on the first try, and I was thankful for this course for the very direct way Michael addresses the important aspects of each section of the exam. The ONLY reason I took off half a point is that the exam now covers some additional information which is not covered in this course: Salesforce for Nonprofits and Einstein. Those topics are covered in the Trailhead prep trail, though. I worked through the entire Trailhead trail and then reviewed the material with this course. It allowed me to pinpoint where my learning needed sharpening. I will definitely be taking courses from this instructor again;, I've already signed up for the Salesforce Administrator prep class.

In general I like Mike Wheeler's format and instruction, however I do find specifically in Section 3, course 45, he is all over the place jumping from one way to another in the instruction. For a user that is not familar and new with Saleforce, which is likely for the course, this is confusing and could be improved for the user experience. This can be challenging for users with sensory issues, and yes I have sensory issues. As I have moved forward and working through Section 4 - the Data Model, I found this to be very informative and well done.

As a new user to Salesforce, I had signed up for a Trailblazer account and started working on things there in an attempt to learn fundamentals. As I am preparing to interview for a new position that requires some working knowledge of Salesforce, I decided to take this course. I am so very glad that I did. Things started to "click" much quicker. There is an amazing amount of information included. It has inspired me to work towards certifications and I feel much more confident in my Salesforce knowledge and ability to navigate it.

I want to thank Mike and his entire team for such a great product! I bought it yesterday and passed the exam this morning with an average score of 90%. There are couple of things I should mention: 1. This course is great when you need to summarize and review all of your previous knowledge. 2. There is no miracle, you need to be READY to take a course: go through Trailblazer and Salesforce Associate Trail first to take a "passive" knowledge, and then get back here :) 3. The "tempo" of these video chapters is fast and I love it, but some people may find it too fast. 4. I got a lot of questions from this course on a real exam this morning. The presenter speaks very quickly and the video player setting to slow down needs a .8 and .9 speed to slow him down. It seems that he cut up his videos for full admin training as videos have jumps in his speech during different sections. Tying the content back to the associate exam gets lost because of the reuse of the full admin training thus, not sure why he's covering advanced techniques for an associate exam. I'd also like to see the typical questions that the section is trying to address to help clue in the viewer as to what to focus on.

I followed your course word by word, worked out the examples on my own playground and referred almost all the articles which you linked in this program. Awesome course! I was geared up for the Admin course, but I jumped on this as soon as I saw it released. I am glad I did. Well paced and easy to follow along. Segmented nicely into digestible chunks. As an absolute beginner to salesforce i would say this course gives the good idea of the Salesforce platform, The Data Model section was a bit tricky but i am planning to restudy the course again with slower pace.
