Course Description

The Microsoft AB-730 certification is the new certification for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft says that this certification demonstrates that you have the skills needed to get the most out of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat by earning the AI Business Professional certification.

In this course, we will look at all of the topics in the AB-730 certification.

Please note: This course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.

This course has been updated in line with the exam update as per 22 July 2026.

In this AB-730 exam preparation course:

  • We'll start by looking at Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. We'll look at how to sign into Copilot, have conversations using effective prompts, and saving, sharing and scheduling prompts.

  • We'll then move outside of Copilot Chat. We’ll identify responsible AI and data protection practices, such as identifying common risks, and find out how to use Copilot for meetings, Copilot Pages for collaboration, and using Copilot memory and instructions.

  • Finally, we'll go to agents and apps. We'll see how to use pre-built Copilot agents and create customized agents. We’ll also see how to draft business documents and communications using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

No prior knowledge is required. This course completes with quizzes, practice activities and practice tests, so you can be sure that you are learning.

Once you have completed this course, you will have an expanded knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents. With some practice, you could even take the official Microsoft AB-730 exam, which gives you the "Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals" certificate. This would look good on your CV or resume.

The training show the daily use cases, it is good. However the training can high-light more which topic will appear in the real AB-730 exam. The questions in this training is not enough to pass the exam without real world practices.

By Cristiane Melo on 8/14/2026

Sim, mas poderia ter esse treinamento em português.

Excellent course for preparing for the AB-730 certification. It explains the key concepts of Microsoft 365 Copilot in a clear and well-structured way, combining theory with practical scenarios. Its hands-on approach, relevant examples, and easy-to-follow content make it ideal for building knowledge and confidence for the exam.

I really enjoyed this Microsoft course. The content was excellent, well-structured, and easy to follow, and it was a strong learning experience overall. It helped me feel much more prepared for the AB-730 exam, especially by reinforcing the key concepts and giving clear explanations throughout. Highly recommended for anyone studying for AB-730.

Explanations are well formulated, content is clear and structured. The module is well articulated and each element is nicely illustrated with examples. Easy to follow and understand.

Very well explained, in a systematic way and with practice questions and labs relevant to the use of copilot and to the test. Test passed with ease. Well done with the course and thank you.

Passed AB 730 recently. This course was very helpful in getting the concepts right and apply them during the certification exams. Of course, applying the learning into my day to day job will live with me for the rest of my life :-)

Way more thorough than the MS Learn material but still had some questions on the exam that I don't feel were covered here, especially around licensing (still passed the exam)

By Aknaaf Ahmed on 3/30/2026

Hi Phillip, Such an amazing course and easy to follow course content, I have been enrolling your courses since beginning of my career and it has never been disappointing. Thank you again cleared offical Ab-730 exam on my first Attempt.

By Andrew Mallett on 2/27/2026

Good course explained well and I passed the exam from this. The only gripe is the document Phillip created with copilot, AI got is wrong and set up the study plan for MS Dynamics and not copilot. This incorrect document was referenced many times in the course, all with wrong info
