Course Description
This course is aimed to IT Pros and is supposed to give the viewer the information they need to know to get started with Active Directory (AD DS) and its key concepts. The goal is to provide coverage of AD DS main concepts like AD DS components: schema, forest, domain, OU (Organizational Unit), containers. There is also an introduction to Active Directory Administrative Center and the other management tools.
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) can help you manage your network more effectively. For instance, you can use it to manage user and computer accounts in groups instead of managing one account at a time. It also provides ways to group objects together in containers called organizational units (OUs) and to delegate administrative tasks to help you distribute workload efficiently.
Managing device identities is becoming increasingly complex as more employees bring their own devices into the workplace. As Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs expand, you will be managing device identities for many types of personal devices and the various operating systems that they run. AD DS has many features that can make this easier.
This module describes how to use both graphical tools and Windows PowerShell to manage user and computer accounts and groups. It covers how to manage an enterprise network by performing bulk operations to modify object attributes.
The course is targeted to help learning Active Directory and do your job more efficiently.

The person's accent made it nearly impossible to listen to. I can understand it but the tone/cadence/accent was just not easy to listen to. I completed because I had to for a one of my yearly goals.

This is great! It's simple to follow and understand. My only complaint is that the subtitle occasionally does not match, and it appears when you need it the most. Overall, amazing job!

10/10 Active Directory course. Easy to learn and grasp, and he has the patience to explain all of the path settings. For beginners, I wholeheartedly suggest this course

The course was fantastic; the guides were clear, and the examples presented were extremely informative. Perhaps I would have preferred a bit more theoretical information, but otherwise it seems to be a good course.

After you have used AD for a little while, the course is simple to understand and follow. Be aware that MS is switching to an Azure certification in place of the exam for this.

The course was executed expertly. The lecturer did an excellent job of describing the content, and I could understand him well. I didn't have to interrupt the videos to take notes because the pace was good.

Excellent Course. Even though I'm a beginner, this course taught me a lot. My objective is to advance within my organization, and this course has been quite helpful!

It walks you through each step and allows you to practice them, which helps you understand how everything works and what tools you need to successfully manage servers.

Absolutely! This is more of a refresher for me. I have had several years of Active Directory experience however, in my current job I am not involved with Active Directory

Cannot totally understand the instructor. The Closed Captions don't catch exactly what he's saying. The Power Point slides need to have exactly what he's saying instead of just words in tables. If he's going to explain what all of this is, he needs to have better slides to accompany his lectures.
