Some of the concepts are much simpler than what one conjures up in ones head. It was useful to breakdown some of the concepts with good examples. I found the concept of Giver, Taker and Matcher particularly interesting and trying to apply it to different people I've worked with as well as how I interact with people. For generating ideas, I think to encourage me more, it would have been good to get some interaction online, but that's not how this course is necessarily structured. Overall, gave me some good head space to think about my goals and destination.
