Adobe Captivate 6 and 7 Training for Beginners (Udemy.com)

The course is titled Adobe Captivate 6 and 7 for beginners. I have Adobe Captivate 7, but so far I'm only seeing information on Captivate 6. I'm scrolling through the course content and haven't found anything referencing Captivate 7, yet. I wish the instructor would call out the differences between the two while we go along. Maybe he will as I get into it deeper, but already I have a dialog box appearing on my screen that I cannot close. I'm not sure how this is going to affect my work on this course moving forward.

Adobe Captivate has launched Captivate 9. I had no idea of how to use Captivate before taking this course. A few features have changed and the locations of the features have changed. The speaker did not explain the question slides in detail. He simply brushed through the question slides and could have been better. However, if you are someone like me, who has no idea of Adobe Captivate, then this course is a good place to start, considering the price of the course and the value for money! All the best!

It's a good introduction so far - exactly what I need as a beginner. It could be a little more engaging, with less monotone narration, as I began to drift off after a while. I understand that an overview is tough to make entertaining, so I will just grab coffee and charge forward! :)

as of 1/3/2019 it's somewhat outdated - there's a new version of adobe captivate subscription and a lot of the menu items referenced have changed or moved. conceptually it's just fine.

When I began the course, I had purchased only captivate but during the course work, I had to purchase Creative cloud which could have been listed are pre-requisite softwares for the course.

The instructor spoke clearly and at a rate that was easy to follow... not too fast or too slow. He explained his actions and the functions within Captivate succinctly and with clarity. I was able to easily comprehend his instructions and the steps in the process due to his ability to relay the information and details effectively. The screen shots and navigation in Captivate aligned well with the message. Overall the course appears to be well designed.

Excellent course,I really enjoyed it, very informative, easy to follow, and gave a good understanding of Adobe Activate .I rate the course an A+ and one that I would recommend to my friends. I also would love to see an update tutorials of Activate 9

I loved this as a beginner and highly recommend it. I thought all the learning being broken up into so many modules would be annoying but it was actually very helpful.

This course saved me thousands of dollars. Not only because I didn't have to pay for classroom sessions elsewhere, but also I learned to do my own videos instead of outsourcing the work.
