Advanced Technical Analysis PART 2 (Udemy.com)

Technical Analysis is always intriguing because without even getting into the fundamentals, there's so much predictive power that is being applied - kinda like a clairvoyant with evidences. The entire 8-week session was incredibly helpful, made 10x more interesting by the delivery of the course and the examples.

Some of the classes have 5 to 10 seconds of audio missing. Classes are good but mostly about position and swing trading - very few topics about day trading and strategies. However, overall I liked the class - can clearly see experience here and this is what I was looking for. I hope the author will come back here and create more classes with practical live examples.

Awesome class! I've learned so much in a short period of time. What's cool that as a novice I'm able to apply so much of what I learned into real life trading scenarios. Not that I'm taking a plunge and rolling on dough but it is cool to use the tools and see that what Corey teaches is true and spot on. Not that I had any doubts but it solidifies that Corey knows his craft extremely well. The squiggly lines all over the screen actually mean something! I can see my level of understanding growing day by day and that is priceless to me. Thank you Corey, as always, for the knowledge you've shared are continue to share in such a thoughtful and insightful way. Looking forward to my next class!

My head is spinning from all the great information that Corey shares in this course. It's amazing how much there is to learn about stock trading. What I liked especially is how Corey builds up on previous topics, and provides checklists to remember the process. For example, how to buy/short using the Bollinger Band method. I like how short and sweet the material is and to the point. Thank you for this amazing course.

This is a follow-on course to Start Trading Stocks Using Technical Analysis Part 1 and 2. This review covers parts 1 and 2 of the Advanced. The information in this course is incredible and is a must have for continuing to learn about Technical Analysis. The instructor is phenomenal and the topics and the order it is presented in is perfect. Each topic precisely discussed and followed up with practical real-world examples to help teach the topic. This method words great for me and I’ve enjoyed the learning process with these courses. I am still in the learning process, but I feel I am very prepared to begin practicing the skills and techniques taught in these courses to paper trading and then moving onto actual trading. I look forward to the options courses taught by the same instructor. I highly recommend all the courses taught by Corey Halliday.

This is my fourth course from Halliday. As always, material is well presented in an articulate, organized and easily digestible manner. My one and only suggestion would be to maybe offer a corresponding PDF download of the slides as a resource. I find courses that offer this useful as it makes note taking a lot easier. Thanks!!!

I learned a lot and found it easy to apply Corey's techniques in my own trading. Examples were excellent and I found Corey would go over things just enough and not over complicate. I really enjoyed the course and would recommend to anyone looking for a better understanding of technicals and reading charts. Thanks Corey!

This advanced technical analysis course is broke down in 2 parts and it was worth the money! The technical indicators are explained in a way a 4yr old can understand. Also the instructor will give you an introduction of where and who originated the indicator, you will also get strategies on how to use them VERY IMPORTANT! Now I understand so much! Thank you so much for making this course, I'm a TOTAL green pea in this and I feel more confident on what I need to look for when I have chart in front of me. If you want to LEVEL UP your trading game, get this course right now!

This course finalizes the basic and advanced courses for stock trading. It perfectly lines everything up in a natural understandable way. I will, however urge you to take a basic stock / investment course, so you get the understanding of fundamental analysis swell as basic technical knowledge of the stock market. The four series on stock trading is excellent, and will make you a better trader if you follow the guidelines and checklists provided. Good luck, and happy trading! :-)

Much of the course is of little value in itself, though EW and fib ratios are interesting and applicable if used in some other context. As shown the EW and fib content is of little value as there is little explanation of entry criteria. For instance; with the fibs a graph is shown and there's a perfect entry at 61.8%; then there's a perfect entry at 38%, or 50%. No explanation of why you would choose 38% or 50% or 61.8% as the entry point. This needs to be done in conjunction with support/resistance and trend lines imo. So if you have good knowledge of how to use other technical factors with this content, then it may be of some use. However, the information how to use Bollinger Bands is very good and includes set-up criteria, including when not to take the trade. Shame this clarity wasn't applied across the course. Part 1 is better.
