Absolutely fantastic! George explained everything in such an authentic and humorous way that all the information went straight to my soul! Reliable knowledge grounded in the realness of reality! I recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you very much!

Even just listening to this in the car while doing grocery deliveries made me a better person than I was a couple weeks ago. The neurological/biological aspects to forgiveness of your past traumas and those who caused said traumas, and learning how to break the cycle on anger. These concepts were all so helpful and I’ll use them for the rest of my life

Absolutely outstanding course content. Simple short videos from 4 minutes to 17 minutes. Videos broken up with diagrams, quotes, clips from movies/TV adverts and backout the content. Not only does George has qualifications in training, assessments, Mental health, counselling, health and addiction studies and more but he speaks from experience. He has gift of storytelling which really helps the points to sink in. I showed a clip to my ex who has addiction/anger issues, he was able to learn and was interested. so, in my opinion If someone can make my ex listen who is in a dark place it really says a lot about the authentic way in which George teaches. On another note, I personally messaged George and he responded right away he went above and beyond to help which he didn’t have too. So, this just proves that George is a man who actually practices what he preaches. Awesome content.

Instantly connected with George, great speaker and speaks from experience. I found myself again, seeing I was living through my ego, that's all I needed ,so I could start on repairing my brain, my thoughts, my crippling toxic patterns programmed inside my memory, from surpressing my feelings, over n over the years. Lots to learn so I can re-train my brain & become a great loving human again. THANK U GEORGE

The course does a good job of covering the root causes of anger as well as techniques on how to manage a conflict. Thorough and in-depth. It kept me totally engaged. The instructor has a warm and engaging delivery. George is well informed about the neuroscience behind anger. I have anger issues and this class helped me understand the difference between guilt and shame; i.e. making a mistake versus being a mistake. Mate, I have struggled with this issue for years. Thanks you for helping me see it in a new and illuminating light.

What I expected.
Great information for future use.

It's a fantastic course that gets to the root cause of anger and helps you understand some very important principals and values. George speaks clearly and effectively and he is easy to follow and understand. I especially like the break down of the human brain and how it operates, because it plays the biggest part in our lives and can be the difference between having a positive or a negative life. I've done an Anger Management course through a psychologist, however it wasn't even close to this effective and I would highly recommend anyone who struggles with their emotions/anger, to sign up and learn how to make a difference to your life.

yes it is desperately needed

By John Muller on 8/27/2020

That was awful . I didn't know it was Australian and a lot of the content was irrelevant. Between the bad audio quality and the Australian terms I had a lot of trouble understanding what he was saying. The longer it went on the worse it got. I was actually angrier at the end of the course than before I started. The marijuana psa was traumatizing and offensive. It started bad and just got worse and worse like a train wreck that catches fire and then explodes. I would ask for my money back but i am considering this a donation. So just to sum it up, I didn't like it.

By Bahattin Aslan on 8/16/2020

yes it has given me a lot to think about in regards to my quick reactions without thinking of outcome's
