Course Description
Are you a web developer? If so, you would know that many web development projects these days require the ability to establish a persistent connection between a client and a server without having to keep sending repeated requests from the client. As you may also know, such functionality may be hard to implement.
However, if you can build your web application in ASP.NET Core, there is a way to make this whole process easy. There is a library called SignalR. This is what I'm going to talk about in this course. As well as doing all the heavy lifting for you, the library abstracts away all complex implementation details, so your code can be made extremely simple.
However, as you would already know, nothing in programming is simple in absolute terms. Programming is a complex activity, so even those concepts that are relatively simple require some practice and studying.
This is why I've created this course. By the end of it, you should be able to build a web application that clients will be able to establish a persistent connection with and exchange the data with in real time.

The course was good overall, but the git hub didn't match what was covered and many concepts were buzzed over so that it was sometimes hard to follow along. SignalR is an amazing technology and you could have created a much longer course just with the material covered if it had been better explained.

Great course ! I have learned all that I need to start making my own application. Thank you Mr. Sazanavets :)

This course had a lot of useful information, but I would like it to have more content. Maybe explain and demonstrate more options, like WithAutomaticReconnect using a HubRetryPolicy or running a hub or client using a BackgroundService in a web api. After the overview, it would be great to walk through creating an application or more with hubs and clients in real world use cases.

This is a nice, quick way to get an example of SignalR going. The instructor uses VS2017 but VS2019 works just as well with no changes.

Fast and easy way to get up to speed with SignalR. There is a lack of depth though.

You can find this info by search the net. I was hoping for something more in-depth.

This course skips all the filler/fluff and gets right to implementation. It demonstrates all aspects of simple SignalR setup to include security with Identity Core.

Really enjoying the course.

This course did help me finally understand a number of concepts about SignalR and for that I'm thankful. Many features are explained on small demos and a lot of resources are provided where we can learn more on the subject. I did expected more though. Perhaps a more advanced demo. More experienced people will surely know how to take the best out of SignalR after this course. Beginners might struggle. I liked the course, but also think it could provide more samples.

Thank you Fyodor, as said famous Russian writer Chekhov: -"Brevity is the soul of wit". I enjoyed the way you explained, quality of your picked resources and explanation. Thank you and good luck.
