Hi! My name isAun Sukijjakhamin. I amasenior HR managerwith over a decade of experience in human resources management in Australia and New Zealand. I started mycareer working in candidate selection with a boutique Australian firm that exclusively employs organisational psychologists. I haveover 5 years experience in consultingworking fortop-tier professional servicesfirms - Mercer and PwC -in reward, workforce planning and optimisation, and broader HR strategy. In the past six years, I have beenworkingfor large, complex financial services and aviation companies in Australia and New Zealand in Centre of Expertise HR rolescovering a wide range of topics including performance, talent management, leadership assessment, career mobility and employee development.

I holda Bachelors degree in Psychology (with First Class Honours) and a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). I also holda LeanSix Sigma Productivity Green Belt certificationfrom Cardiff University (Wales,UK).

In myspare time, I enjoycooking,bush walking, acting in theatre plays, and teachingBuddhism to children at Sunday school. I have a never-ending quest for knowledge in different disciplines and a passion to share the knowledge I have learnt along the way.
