It was helpful but can improve. The practice tests in this preparation material were significantly different from the actual exam experience. The test exams mostly consisted of very short questions with brief answers, whereas the real exam contained much longer, more detailed questions with complex answer choices that required deeper analysis. Additionally, the practice tests repeatedly used the same scenarios across multiple tests, with only minor variations. As some other reviews. Although this preparation course is marketed as being for SCS‑C03, the content is actually aligned with SCS‑C02. It appears to be a direct copy of the older exam material repackaged for the newer exam version.

I took the exam today and was able to pass with a score of 794/1000. I remember that there were many similar questions from this problem set. I used it together with the question set "Prepare for your SCS-C02 exam. 130 high-quality practice test questions written from scratch with detailed explanations!" I recommend that you use this together for reference.

I found at least 2 wrong answers so far and badly worded questions/answers that fortunately wont misinform me because I know the theory. By the time you realise the exams aren't good enough, you can't request a refund because you used too much of it. Some of this is still good to use on top of the most popular practise exam sets recommended online.

my experience with the exam itself was a bit different than what I see the practice questions. While I think most of the questions are useful, it feels a bit outdated compared to the real exam questions.

Good set. Not too easy, not too strict, relatively low rate of issues / unclear questions. There are some but ... they also serve the purpose making you thinking about the subject more than enough just to answer properly formulated clean question. Few nice attention to details pitfalls. I do not expect such things from AWS but they have different kind of pitfalls slightly lowering your score so some healthy level of this - I consider it part of the exam simulation. In real exam you just cannot escape few topics that you did not expect at all.

I used this practice question along with practice questions from other vendors to pass the exam. The questions in this course are well aligned with the actual exam pattern and the explanations are well written. Each practice exam has a set of 25 questions. It could have been better if we had at least one set with 65 questions, simulating the actual exam duration and number of questions.

Passed the security specialty exam This is my fourth certification in AWS.Previosly I did CCP and SA in associate and professional level. It took 3 months effort to achive this certification.I used this course+Practice exam. I got arround 5 same scneraios based questions from here. I used this exam practice set along with Neal's course and prep notes and passed the test. They gave me a solid foundation and I saw a few questions on the exam that were pretty close to this training set. However, I also read the docs and whitepapers, watched videos, and used exam sets from another platform, and I don't think I would have passed without those. The test was pretty hard overall + I got quite a few in-depth questions on topics like CloudFormation, DNS, ECS which went beyond what I had prepared for. Thank you, Neal, I will continue to use your courses for my future certs!

Passed AWS Certified Security - Specialty, this set of questions prepared very well with the fundamentals. Noticed lot many questions on Integration Cloud Formation, few on IAM policies. First half of the questions, I felt like, I am going to fail. Then there were a slew of less confusing questions. Practice questions are well thought out and answers explained in details, cheat sheets is a must. Don't worry about exam dumps, I did not see many from those and even those are explained in Neal's practice questions. Cheers.

I just did the exam and passed. I used Neil's exams and his course for preparation alone. It is a good idea that the exams have only 20 questions. That way, each test feels like a task that can be done in a short time with immediate results. This is my 5th Certification after CP, SAA, SysOps and Dev. Here's what I did: I did all the tests before watching the course and read the explanation of my wrong answers. That way you memorize some terms even if you don't remember what they mean. After that I went through the course where you then have often a moment of "Ah that's what it meant" which helps me to learn way faster. The course I watched in double speed. After the course, I did all the exams again, always writing down the problem/answer after each wrong answer in one sentence. Those notes I kept checking. I repeated then all the tests till reaching 80%. In the exam I had quite a lot of questions that didn't just ask which service I should use but also which setting I should use it with. So 4 possible answers mentioning 2 services which each different option enabled. That I would like to see more in these test exams, but this is my only criticism. I unfortunately don't recall which services appeared in those questions. Overall, I can only recommend doing these test exams, and I am glad did the course and these exams by Neil.
