Excellent way of explanation using the digital note writing feature. Understood basics of Companies act well. One suggestion would be to include the provisions of Meetings and explain them also. Thanks

Good to know the terms, the definitions and overall understanding and learning about companies act, i would have been better if we would have had test- small of may be 5/10 questions post each session or category to be more confident on the participants understanding and takeaway. Rest was all fine.

Merely mentioning case laws without a minute or two of elaboration has ruined what could have been an excellent course

i am beginner. I am able to follow the videos well and the content is clearly explained.

The trainer has been very effective in making the students understand the concept of 'company' such as articial person, perpetual succession, how its affairs are managed by the agency called Directors (Board of Directors). His explanation of all these concepts is very lucid and even laymen can easily understand..... in all an excellent effort by the trainer

Expcting to get some practical filing procedure, like forms, documents to be uploaded

Very good explanation of the topics covered. A good refresher course. Never felt any accent or language related constraint as I read in the comments before taking this course. Small suggestion to include more examples and also include name of the various forms where "forms as prescribed" wordings have been used in various part of lectures.

More example might make the lecture interesting as theory lecture need to be bit entertaining Thank You

The course is good and to the point not boring ..at all...learnt the basic of company .well explained. My wish is that while lecture is being parted the subtitles which comes over the chapters need correction as most of the time it is not correct ..and it is spelt wrongly..
