Great basic introduction to Bitcoin, and very interesting history of money vs currency. The information in this course will enlighten any mind, and show you how Bitcoin is the solution to much more than you think.

The explanation is very clear and detailed. At first, I thought Bitcoin as just an assets for investing, but after this course, I've realized that there're more than just investing.

This paints way to rosy a picture of bitcoin. If this is a course to learn about bitcoin than it should not be narrated by bias or influence. Bitcoin is volatile and very likely driven by the very people this course praises as the smartest. There is an unsustainable financial system in play now except bitcoin is not the answer in my opinion. This course is not what it proposes to be

This was a good course for a beginner to understand what cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is about. Of course, one needs to learn more and more about these fields since they are evolving so fast but this is a nice start. Also, Mike replied to my questions which increased my enthusiasm with the course much more. Additionally, I found it very valuable of the course covering the libertarian aspects of the cryptocurrencies (rather than just a empty brags about it; I recommend you to watch bonus lectures to have an good understanding of the libertarian roots). The only point that I didn't agree with the instructor was the over-bullish perspective on cryptocurrencies. I think it is hard for us to know what is going to happen to these very volatile/uncertain systems for sure. Sure, we can apply show some metrics and say it is going to be "like this and that" but that would be just putting deterministic cloth to inductive observations. That is my two cents. So, while I still believe cryptocurrencies are valuable they shall not be your only thing on your portfolio. Best, John

Mike does a fantastic job breaking down the common confusion and misconceptions that come with blockchain and crypto currency. He explains it in a way that's simple and easy to understand using examples we can all recognize.

The information is easy to follow. The details and examples are helping a Bitcoin novice such as myself learn and keep me engaged to in the process. I like that the course does not present biases and is not intimidating. I am watching the course through an app on my phone which is very convenient. Thanks!

Loving this course so far. I like your disclaimer at the out set! Wish your picture/video (talking head) could be a bit bigger. Question....what if the government buys 51 % ? What is possible with regulation. Best and worst case scenario?
