Good course which teaches important aspects of business and technical writing

It's a recording of a coaching session. On Udemy I expect to find content designed for a digital platform, with professional editing and presented for online, e-learning purposes. This is the same as if I'd been there and filmed it with my mobile phone. Regardless, there are some valuable insights and concepts to take home.

The audio quality was pretty low for a couple of videos. I would recommend providing all the resources in a couple of combined PDFs so that the students don't have as much to download and compile while following through each video.

The instructor was very clear and easy to understand. The sound in one lesson was muffled but I was able to understand what the instructor was saying.

I think the course is interesting but the lecturer could explain some aspects in more detail and be slightly more organised in his delivery of the information.

The course goes through the critical element of how to structure your writing, I love the exercises used in addressing the concepts, simple and to the point.

Good and to the point. Great examples and explanations. Learning a lot of things we did in school that causes issues in technical documents.

Im trying to find a good course for myself and my team to learn writing better. So far, this seems simple enough to follow. And the teacher already summarized most of the issues were having, right at the top of the course.
