Course Description
The best way to learn design pattern is by doing a project. If you learn something with a project you learn quickly and you learn to the point. So in this training series we have started with 10 labs which completes a customer data entry screen and implements some important patterns like Factory , Repository , Unit of work , Decorator , Iterator , Mediator and so on.
One of the shortcomings of learning with a project is you can not implement all design patterns in one project. So to cover them i have also created individual videos for each design pattern. These specific videos goes more in-depth in to those individual design pattern videos.
In this syllabus i have also stressed on architectural concepts like DI , IOC , SOLID principles , Micro services architecture and so on.
Below is a the full syllabus of this course :-
Lab 1: - Project kick start with requirement , planning and initial coding(Factory pattern,Lazy Pattern and RIP Pattern).
Lab 2: - Unity, Strategy, IOC, SRP and SOC.
Lab 3: - Template pattern and Repository pattern with ADO.NET.
Lab 4: - Adapter Pattern and Repository with EF
Lab 5: - UOW(Unit of Work)
Lab 6: - Decorator Pattern
Lab 7: - Iterator Pattern
Lab 8: - Prototype and Memento Pattern
Lab 9: - Implementing complex object creation using Factory Method
Lab 10: - Implementing NULL design pattern and Mediator pattern.

My name is Shivprasad Koirala, We love teaching and learning, We started the QuestPond website 15 years back with the one single goal of creating quality step by step IT programming related lessons.
We saw many lessons online, either they are done too fast or too slow or are too complicated.
The main goal of Questpond is to create Step by Step lessons on C#, ASP.NET , Design patterns , SQL and so on. As years moved on i added other step by step lessons like Angular , Sharepoint , MSBI, Azure and so on.

Seems very old recording uploaded. Till time watched prototype and singleton. I feel, your studio code recording visible very small in size and not getting fit in screen. I think, these recording are available on YouTube also. I am looking some different with latest .net framework. Sir please recording videos with latest framework. Thank you

Everything was good but make short videos. some videos are like more than 1 hour. Give some break for beginners and intermediate like me. Otherwise, it's difficult to catch up with your speed. anyways thanks for the useful content.

the best design pattern course i seen so far - tries to be as simple as possible despite the complexity of the material - great for the newcomers to the design patterns world. its better to start from the sections and keep the labs to the end .

Shivprasad Sir, It looks amazing I have just completed 1st hour and I am so excited to learn the next 7 hours. I want to request you to give me a link or if not available please make a video for Data structures and Algorithms.

Wow, what a course!! To be honest some slides and lectures may seem dated however I choose to give the full 5 stars because if you really look at the larger picture of what and how it is being taught, you will quickly appreciate Shivprasad Koirala and the proverbial gold that he is sharing! This course is eye opening and epiphany inducing! Really great course and I absolutely loved working through the labs. You have taught me topics that I just thought I would never understand! Thank you very much! :)

I had watched a number of design pattern videos on YouTube, including one by Shiv. They were all decent, but fragmented, though Shiv's stood out. The video quality was awful, but what Shiv said was what drew me to look at this course on Udemy. I agree with others who say this course could be structured better into creational, structural and behavioural patterns. However, Shiv does a really good job of first giving an overview of each pattern and addressing what problem each can help to solve. The pattern is what matters, after which the simple code examples make sense. That's why I've given 4.5 stars. Really good.

Amazing course on design patterns. The only thing i wish we would have done is coded from scratch each design pattern whereas sometimes the beginning code was provided and we then converted it to the design pattern. The instructor is extremity knowledgeable I wish I had the chance to work under this guy! Imagine sending a PR to him :)

Good series. very simple explanations. It would have been good to mark which category each pattern belongs to like Structural. Creational or Behavioral.
