The learning in this course was new and informative but I do believe there is more chance of improvement specially when it comes to explanations more information with visual content will be helpful for someone like me who is a fresher, I had to google each term to understand it better.

This is in no way a 2 Hour course if you just read all the contents that have been supplied. The Content is good if you want to self-learn by reading though. It would be better if at least they point out the important parts in the supplied contents.

Thank you for asking about your review.I'm highly pleased to complete this course through your organisation. But in this course the provided video's audio isn't professional, there are numerous background noises, I have recommended that instructors should make the videos in a peace zone without any chaos. I hoped that I would learn this course in more detail but here described it just overall not with full depth. Apart from these, in the quiz section some answers written twice, along with these few answers are not right and I could know this after research through IATA and google.

I had a clear understanding of aviation, starting off with the airport ground handling and inflight operations, the governing bodies and agencies guiding the airspace and also the various powered and non powered equipments used in terminals, I am more knowledgeable and more confident with the terms and daily operations of aviation industry.

The course doesn’t have enough visual aids to help better understanding of their theory. Plenty typographical errors and abbreviations that were not explained which made me visit the internet a lot of times.
