I’m currently taking the Professional Sound Healing / Sound Therapy Certificate course on Udemy, and it’s turning out to be such a beautiful and transformative journey. I’ve always been drawn to holistic wellness and the idea of using sound for healing, but this course gives me a clear, structured way to explore it more seriously. The instructor has a really calming and grounded presence, which makes it easy to stay engaged. The course dives into both the science and the spiritual aspects of sound therapy—like how different frequencies affect our bodies and minds, and how tools like tuning forks, singing bowls, and even our own voices can create healing vibrations. What I love most is the hands-on nature of it. I follow along with guided practices and actually feel the difference in my energy and mood. It’s more than just learning—it’s an experience. The downloadable resources and exercises help me practice on my own, and I’m slowly starting to incorporate what I learn into small sessions for friends and family. It’s super flexible too, so I can move at my own pace, revisit lessons, and really absorb everything. This course isn’t just teaching me a new skill—it’s helping me tap into a deeper part of myself. I’m feeling more connected, grounded, and inspired every step of the way.

This course answered many questions I had about specific Hz application to each chakra energy center areas of relevance. I am also intrigued by the instruments and their unique sounds that I'd not known before. Thank you very much for this informative introductory class to energy therapy treatment focus.

This course was very instructive and highly useful, and I enjoyed taking it. The only issue I had was the use of the word "paraments," which refers to an ornamental ecclesiastical vestments, instead of "parameters," which means a fixed limit or a set of facts that establish how something can happen or be done. Aside from that glitch, it was very well done.

The course materials is excellent however the person who speaks and teaches the course has very poor language pronunciation. They should have someone with better English skills to narrate the course. He mispronounces the words and it makes it difficult to listen while doing something else .. it makes me stop the video, watch what he is saying to try to understand what he is referring to.

Great content. It had a lot of overlap with my YOGA200 teacher certificate. And, a lot more theory than the previous Sound Therapy Course I took on Udemy. Which actually turned out good for me, since the last course was more heavy on practical applications and not theory. Great info for the price.

This course was packed with knowledge and useful information! I feel ready to start my own sound healing business as well as try and heal friends and family. You can tell the instructor is very passionate about the subject matter. Would highly recommend this course. Hoping to take more courses with this professor in the future!

In my view, this is a theory based beginner course on sound therapy/sound healing and should not be marketed as an accredited course; this course won't prepare you to be a sound practitioner as there are no practical examples of how certain concepts and techniques work and no homework assignments for the student to do on their own to develop their skills. That said, most of the technical theory is solid and this course is a fine introduction to sound and sound therapy. If I knew this beforehand, I wouldn't have taken the course as I already have quite a bit of experience. As some other reviewers alluded to, I didn't really like the animated format of the course and the quality of the vocal recording that the presenter chose and a I think a more personal and connective approach would have been better given the content. Again, I think it would be better if this were to be marketed as more of a theory course. The presenter could also polish up his pronunciation and syllabic emphasis of certain English words. For example: bowls is pronounced like boles and not like bowels (which makes it sound like you are referring to the last part of the human digestive tract). :)

Well explained information. I like that there was video learning then I could print out exactly what I heard in the video then re read it again. I've taken many courses through major university as well as online. I have to admit this particular course was seamless and fun.

I really enjoyed this course. I learned about sound -not just music as a therapy . That said I learned about new musical and sound instruments from other cultures that are used in relaxation and meditation. I liked the cultural components of this course and the matching of sounds with different chakras and moods. Recommended.

This course is very explanatory, an overview of the therapeutic vibrations of Sound Healing and the implications in balancing the energetic aspect. The sections of Chakras and musical instruments are very detailed. I approached at the right time, after many paths and insights into the holistic world.
